Brazilian Dunes

Dunes are natural barriers to seawater invasion

and sand in the interior of the territory, in the case of spas.

They are formed by the force of the wind coming from the sea that takes the fine sand

It is an ancestral formation, around 5 thousand years ago, that add a relationship between sea, wind and sand.

whose result of this millenary encounter is enchanting, expressed in the relief of the Sahara Desert

The dunes are practically a symbol of the northeast

especially in Rio Grande do Norte

which occupies the position of the state that has the most dunes in Brazil.

But not only there that have the privilege of having the dunes as residents

other regions have them too.

as in Tocantins, Maranhão, Bahia, Espírito Santo, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Norte.
